Dr. Chris grew up in Elmira, NY before moving to Brewerton, NY. He attended Paul V. Moore High School in Central Square, NY. Dr. Chris continued his education, graduating Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Biology. He also attended The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pittsburgh, PA and continued on to complete his pediatric specialty residency there as well. During his dental residency, Dr. Chris received advanced educational training in both Orthodontics and specialty training in mild to moderate conscious sedation for the pediatric and adolescent patients.
Dr. Chris is passionate about dentistry and keeps current in the profession through memberships to a myriad of dental organizations including: The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), The American Society of Forensic Odontology (ASFO), The American Dental Association (ADA), The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology (ADSA), and The American Orthodontic Society (AOS).
Dr. Chris is also a member and former president (University of Pittsburgh Chapter) of The American Academy of Sports Dentistry and Traumatology. In addition, Dr. Chris has established board certification candidacy by The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Further, he is a Forensic Odontologist at the Onondaga County Medical Examiner’s Office in Syracuse, NY and a member of the Onondaga County Dental Society (fifth district).
When Dr. Chris is not caring for your child’s dental health, he enjoys exercising, fishing, golfing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, and Syracuse Basketball.

Stacy has worked in almost every position in our office over the past 10 years and is now our office manager. You’ll find that she relates well to both parents and their kids.
Count on Heather to greet you with a smile when you come into our office. You can be sure that she is always ready to help you out. She loves learning new things, playing games, and having fun with her two wonderful nephews and her fur baby King.
Sioux, Dental Hygienist
Sioux has been a friend of The Kid's Dentist for a long time. She worked as a hygienist and then left for a few years to raise her three children. We are delighted to have her back on our team.
Hailey, Dental Hygienist
Dental Hygienist Hailey normally works just one day a week but is an integral part of the team at The Kid's Dentist. Hailey is very easy to know. She has a warm and engaging personality which puts both parents and kids at ease.
Timur, Dental Hygienist
Timur is the first male hygienist we have ever had at The Kid's Dentist and he has been quite a hit with kids and parents alike. He is married and a proud father to daughter Lila!
Rebecca, Dental Hygienist
Rebecca joined our staff in 2015 and quickly became an integral part of our team. Her enthusiasm, gentle nature, and disposition is both appreciated and well received by patients and parents alike. When Rebecca is not working she enjoys spending time and being a mother to her two sons as well as hiking, camping, and kayaking.
Erin, Dental Assistant
Erinis a certified dental assistant with a degree in childhood education.
She has been with us since 2013 and loves working with children. Not only did Erin go to high school with Dr. Chris, but she was also a patient here when she was little.
Tammy, Dental Assistant
Tammy has been with us for almost 10 years. She has 2 beautiful girls at home. Her gentle nature and motherly instincts make her a great match for The Kid’s Dentist. Our little patients definitely feel comfy in her care. Tammy also went to high school with Dr. Chris and Erin.
Rachel, Patient Coordinator
Rachel is the newest addition to our staff. She joined us in September 2017. Rachel has a diverse background in criminology, cosmetology and ophthalmology. She also enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephew.
