  • Board Certified by the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
  • Board Certified by the American Orthodontic Society
  • Practicing in Liverpool since 1980
  • Fellow, American Orthodontic Society and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry
  • Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security
  • Dr. Willis and his wife, Ruth Colgan Willis, have three daughters: Rebecca, Rachel and Robyn.
